Robert Tyner made a welcome return to winner's enclosure when winning The Irish Stallion Farms EBF Beginners Chase with the 5/4 favourite Footy Facts ridden by Philip Enright and owned by Maurice Kelleher.

"I'm going to step him up to 3 miles. I didn't even enter him for The Drinmore Chase. His next run will be in the Grade 1 Ascon/Rohcon 3 mile Novice Chase at the Leopardstown Christmas meeting. I was just hoping he'd get it right today" said winning trainer Tyner afterwards.
