JJ Slevin rode his first winner on the Flat when Uxmal (2/1) landed the two-mile maiden to complete an across-the-cards double for Joseph O'Brien.
O'Brien trains the Galileo gelding for breeders Flaxman Stables Ireland Ltd and had sent out Star Galaxy to win at Punchestown earlier in the afternoon.
Uxmal, runner-up at Navan last year and at Gowran a week ago, raced in third before being ridden to lead a furlong and a half out and stayed on well to defeat the 7/4 favourite Stoke The Fire by seven lengths.
Slevin, who rode Fastorslow to beat Gold Cup winner Galopin Des Champs in the Punchestown Gold Cup in April, said: "He had a few good runs and deserved that. He came up against a decent bumper horse at Gowran last week. It was a very good performance from him today and he stayed at it very well.
"We haven't tried him over hurdles yet, but he could potentially go over them. It's nice to get the winning bracket today and he could have a future over hurdles, we'll see"
