The finale, the Visit Fairyhouse For Special Offers & Gifts Fillies Maiden saw The Blue Brilliant stylishly off the mark at the third time of asking.
For her breeders, the Nagles, and Mrs Magnier, The Blue Brilliant (15/8 favourite) built on promising third and second placings back in April.
Jessica Harrington ’s charge chased the leader in second under Commonstown stable jockey Shane Foley, and she improved to lead on the outer travelling well entering the straight.
Ridden clear over a furlong out, the successful Fastnet Rock filly stayed on strongly in the final furlong, and she was eased close home to very convincingly account for Rosscarbery by two and a quarter lengths.
“We're delighted with her, she deserved that and she loved that ground today,” said Mrs Harrington’s daughter Kate.
“We'll step her up into listed or group company now. She's smart on that ground and we'll keep going with her.”
