Not on the score-sheet since last April, Seamus Fahey certainly struck while the iron was hot as he followed up last night's Dundalk victory with 25/1 shot Undecided as Hazariban (10/1) took the Treacy Hotel Group Handicap Hurdle at Gowran in the hands of Shane Butler.
Given a patient ride, Hazariban progressed into a more prominent position in the straight.
He challenged at the last and led on the run-in before going on to prevail by a length and a half from Malt Gem
Willie Mullins' Andiamos took the third spot eight and a half lengths adrift whilst well-backed favourite Federici finished last.
Fahey stated: "Shane said he travelled really well and he got there very easily.
"He made a bit of a hash of the last but he picked up well again.
"We'll try to find something similar for him now."
The Turf Club Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Federici (GB) trained by E. Bolger was post race normal.(AM & EM)
