Prince Khalid Abdullah's Emulous trained by Dermot Weld, took the valuable one mile listed race in Naas in good style by two lengths from Barring Decree

Weld explained the success of the 13/8 favourite. He said: "It was a very professional performance. She has been a model of consistency.

"I am going to try to encourage Prince Khalid to keep her in training as a four-year-old as the best is yet to come.

"She has been getting physically stronger over the year and the patience we gave her earlier in the year is paying dividends now."
