Amazing Emma swooped wide in the five-furlong nursery to spring a 25/1 shock at Dundalk.
The Liam McAteer trained filly had been placed at Bellewstown and Cork before finishing mid-division on her latest outing at the Curragh.
Dropping back again to the minimum trip she missed the kick slightly and was soon towards rear.
Danny Sheehy swung wide on the Mehmas filly turning for home and she launched her challenge inside the final furlong.
She was on top in the last 100 yards to record a length-and-a-quarter success over top-weight Anjalawi
Sheehy said:- “The last time I rode her was in Bellewstown. She was a big price that day and surprised me the way she ran. She hit the front a bit too soon and she was green and raw.
“I was out with isolation and couldn’t ride her the last couple of days but she ran well at Cork.
“The step back to five on that surface really suited her today. She was slow away but they went good and hard.
“I was able to slot in and the minute I switched her out she picked up really well. She’ll be a nice filly going forward.”
