- Dundalk brace for Feane and Halpin
Dundalk brace for Feane and Halpin
Six Silver Lane holds on down the inner under Gary Halpin

John Feane and Gary Halpin doubled their Dundalk score when Six Silver Lane defied top-weight in the [email protected] Handicap.
Feane and Halpin earlier combined successfully with Pure Action in the 6.00.
That fellow prevailed by three parts of a length but it was tighter when it came to the veteran grey in the finale.
He's often been involved in close skirmishes through the course of his now thirteen race winning career though, and Six Silver Lane again 'bobbed' at the right time to shade Konig Hall by a head.
"He's a grand old horse and he stuck at it well. I said to Gary that it was about time he won on him because he's had enough chances on him!" said Feane.
