Dancing another for Deegan
Dancing Zafeen (Chris Hayes) beats Packing Go Go at Dundalk

Another Friday at Dundalk and another winner for Paul Deegan, Chris Hayes and Jaber Abdullah. In common with many of the other victors from the Clifton Lodge yard, Dancing Zafeen s win in the opening Irish Stallion Farms European Breeders Fund Median Auction Maiden was expected as he was well-backed from earlier in the day.
In the end, the Curragh eighth placer, went off 6/4 favourite and he made just about all.
Ger Lyons' Packing Go Go was also quietly fancied on his debut (9/2 into 7/2) and he stormed home from off the pace to be just a neck off Dancing Zafeen at the line.
Deegan explained: "He's a real little pro and he really benefitted from the run.
"We thought he'd handle the ground a bit better at the Curragh although his father hated it.
"He's won the bonus (Racing Post 10K) there as well so it's great.
"He'll be going for nurseries as soon as they start and Chris thought he could go up another furlong which gives him options.
"He's done well physically from his first run and he even came in his coat a few days after that." (AM & EM)
