Dainty takes Clonmel opener
Visiting New Zealand Champion jockey James McDonald, riding newcomer Make Me A Star was out of luck in the opening Irish Stallion Farms EBF Fillies Maiden at Clonmel today, which went instead to the David Wachman trained Dainty
Dainty, ridden by Wayne Lordan, made all to record an easy five and a half lengths win over Valbucca
Afterwards Wachman stated “Dainty didn’t have much to beat today but did it well and will go handicapping next.”
