Curve gets there eventually
Indifference Curve came good on the big potential that looked to be there earlier in his career when he beat the favourite, By The Hour by a length and a half in the Cork Racecourse (Q.R.) Beginners Steeplechase.
This two and a half miler was run in a heavy blustery shower but that did nothing to stop Mikey O'Connor getting to the front after three out on the victorious son of Bob Back and the chestnut stayed on well on the run-in to prevail.
Successful trainer, Margaret O’Sullivan said: "That was a long time coming and we'll probably go for a handicap now, we have no other option. He has had his problems but on his day he is a good horse. We changed everything with him today and it worked."
Indifference Curve (4s into 7/2) was without the tongue-tie he'd worn lately but crucially he was fitted with first-time cheek-pieces.
