Consecutive wins for 'over-priced' Well Suited

Well Suited recorded consecutive Dundalk wins today as the Thomond O'Mara trained gelding belied his big 22/1 starting price to win the Irishinjuredjockeys.com Handicap under jockey Tom Madden.
The six year old son of Dandy Man was a winner over seven furlongs at today's venue just a fortnight ago and today, running at a mile from stall 13 and up in grade, stayed on well to defeat runner-up Major Power by half a length.
O'Mara later reported “he's enjoying it up here and is getting it together. He's settling down and starting to enjoy his racing.
“He toughed it out. I was concerned about his draw but I thought he was over-priced. He's not a bad horse and hopefully we'll have more of the same.”
