Castle Anshan scores for O'Brien
County Cork trainer Terence O'Brien saddled 16/1 shot Castle Anshan to land the The Kedrah House Stud 'Well Chosen' Handicap Hurdle in the hands of Davy Condon.
The Anshan gelding who was prominent for most improved to take up lead from the third last.
The pair kept on well from the last to hold off the late challenge of Tipper Road by a length.
Winning trainer O'Brien said afterwards: "It's been awhile since i've last had a winner at the track.
"We discovered that this lad had back troubles and have been treating him. Since his treatment he's just turned inside out."
