Campbonnais does it in style
Campbonnais justified strong support in the St John's Literary Centre Handicap Hurdle at Listowel when running out a cosy winner.
Charles Byrnes' charge, backed from 2/1 into 1/1f, took it up before the straight and Barry Geraghty didn't have to get too serious to record a four-and-a-half length success over Dizzy Rascal
"It was probably only a moderate contest but he did it well," said Byrnes.
"Two-and-a-half miles is probably his trip and he handled the ground well."
