Bumper Goes to Marlay Park
There may have been a view that the bumper was a match between Alexander Seaview and Liss Na Tintri but Marlay Park (7s into 5s) had his supporters too and he got the better of Liss Na Tintri by a length and a quarter under his owner/rider, Barry Connell.
Winning trainer, Mag Mullins said: "It depends on what Barry wants to do but he is a super jumper of hurdles. Danny said to me the other day that he could even win on the flat, maybe in one of those mile and a half amateur maidens." (EM)
