Bolger & Manning complete Naas double
Jim Bolger and Kevin Manning recorded a quick double when Kitty Kiernan came home in front of the Bill & Avril Whitehead Memorial Race.
Manning who made aboard the daugther of Pivotal kept on well inside the final furlong for cosy win over Emulous
Winning trainer Bolger said afterwards: “This filly had a few little problems in the past. She jumped out smartly from the gate and the race worked out well.”
“We’ll go down the Stakes route next, she’s in six furlong race in Ascot but she won’t run there I think six furlong might a shade short for her.”
Manning and Bolger were on the mark in the previous race when Radharcnafarraige won the Coolmore Stud Fillies Race.
