Bobskier a bit unfortunate when fourth at Clonmel last time, gained compensation at Tramore when convincingly landing the Book Online At Tramore-Racecourse.com Handicap.
Shane Foley did the steering on Ger O'Leary's Big Bad Bob mare, twice a winner previously.
The Kilkenny rider kept in simple on Bobskier, making all. They were in no danger of defeat from down in the dip and eventually beat off Positive Vibes by all of nine lengths.
Positive Vibes got up on the line to deprive Skiing In Tune (Danny Grant prematurely sat-up, got a five day ban and forfeited his riding fee) by a short-head for second.
O'Leary explained: "Shane won it for us. He anticipated the start and it ended well. I just want to mention that Paul Magnier (former trainer) has joined our team.
"He's a very dedicated man and hopefully that's the first of many for us." (DM & EM)
