Echo Bob became the third winning favourite in a row at Tramore when he made all to quite easily take the Graun Hill Beginners Chase by nine lengths in the hands of Andrew Lynch.
Racing in the colours of the Munster Alliance Syndicate, this son of Bob's Return, who came a cropper at the very first fence the last time he ran, galloped on well to make sure of his maiden victory from between the last two fences.
Winning trainer, Henry de Bromhead said: "He was good. This looked like a good opportunity and so it proved. He was beaten at odds-on here in a maiden hurdle so I'm delighted he has won. He seems to go on any ground and we'll probably continue on with him for the summer.
"Making all the running worked out well for him. The owners of Joncol, the Brownes, are involved in this fellow and I'm delighted for all of them."
