The Tony Martin-trained Belgoprince came with a well-timed run to claim the finale at Tipperary this evening, the second division of the mile-and-a-half handicap.
Ben Coen delivered his charge to lead just inside the final furlong and the 17/2 shot stuck on well to the line as Folly Beach finished off well on the rail to push him to a head at the line.
It was a second career victory for the French-bred six-year-old who had last scored at Navan in October 2021.
Coen said:- "He was good, I thought he'd run okay the last day over two-miles but they went very slow over and it turned into a sprint.
“I got a nice run around today although he doesn't do much when he hits the front.
"That's as short as he wants, especially around here, but he'll be alright."
