Favourite backers, in clover after the first with Vitello were on the money in the second as well when Ishebayorgrey (7/2) came out on top in the sixteen strong field for the Whole Lotta Voltage @ Fairyhouse July 1st Handicap.
Colin Keane was strong aboard the Clodovil colt, now taking his form figures to 1221 from his last four starts.
Pat Martin 's charge galloped on well towards the inner in the closing stages, to come out on top by a neck, a head, and a neck, from Split The Atom Madame Nobel and Miss Temple
"We've hit the crossbar a few times but it is better that they are running well and have a chance. This fellow has been a model of consistency, and this is his ideal trip. The running rail makes a hell of a difference to three-year-olds," acknowledged Martin.
"Colin said he was a bit further back than he wanted to be, but he made up the ground well. He has a couple of entries (Navan and Sligo), and we'll have to see where we go. He's very versatile ground wise."
