Bargain buy wins second Nursery
Lake Louise (nearest) is about to win at Navan

Co Cork based Danny O'Sullivan struck a blow for the smaller yards at Navan today when his bargain purchase Lake Louise completed a double in the Tote Jackpot Races 3 to 6 Nursery Handicap.
The filly, bought for €2,500 last September, was taking on horses trained in many of the top yards (O'Brien, Weld, Prendergast) and, under Wayne Lordan, quickened well to lead over a furlong out before staying on well for a length and three parts win over Cool Metalic.
Afterwards O'Sullivan stated “Lake Louise is very tough and honest and is taking her racing fierce well.
“She was bit light and backward at the start of the year so we left her off in a field for two months and has come back a lot stronger. She is keeping the show on the road and she could go to Leopardstown on the last day of the season next.”
