38/1 Gowran double for Bolger and Manning
Aiseolas and Kevin Manning blitz their Gowran Park rivals

After a 'blip' in the preceding Vintage Tipple Stakes, Jim Bolger and Kevin Manning were back on track in race four at Gowran this evening when Aiseolas landed the spoils in the Helmet Day June 4th Fillies Maiden.
This was a second success in three races for Bolger and Manning following on from Dream Of Words victory in the Paulstown Handicap at 6.05.
Then their representative Glamorous Approach gave it her all when going down to just market-leader Bloomfield in the card's centrepiece.
Second at Cork on Saturday, Aiseolas (translates across from Irish as feedback) stepped up a place here by eight and a half lengths from Tissiak prompting Bolger to say: "She didn't lick it off the street as she is out of a mare by Galileo who didn't get to run and the third dam is Miesque. We'll go the Listed route and see what happens.
"The longer trip suited and she wasn't green today. It took a while for the penny to drop, and I wouldn't think better ground would be a problem."
R. Coakley, rider of Lorente trained by Mrs Denise Foster, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was fractious in the stalls.
