Donagh Meyler continued his fine recent form when guiding Cliffside Park to an easy success in the Kilmore Maiden Hurdle at Clonmel.
Thirteenth time over hurdles proved lucky for the Eoin Doyle's charge as the well-backed 5/2 favourite (9/2 this morning) cantered to a three-length win in the two-mile contest.
Meyler, recording his fourth winner this week, produced his charge to lead two from home and sat motionless as he went on to secure victory from Catcheragain
The winner had chased home High In The Clouds at the venue last month.
"That was badly wanted! He got his jumping together today but has always shown loads of ability," said Doyle.
"He's not a winter horse and we might put him away now. He is owned by a few lads (Paul Mangan and friends) from Dublin and I'd say they're still celebrating (after winning last Sunday's All-Ireland)."
