Trainer Tracey Collins and long-standing stable jockey Pat Shanahan won the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Fillies Maiden at Naas tonight, with newcomer Girouette. Wed 09th Jul
Pat (Shanahan) gave her a masterful ride today. She has had her problems but he knows her so well. She is a filly that you don't want to 'disappoint' when riding her and Pat let her stride on. It was a really top class ride.

Girouette deserved that win, having been knocking on the door recently. Pat (Shanahan) gave her a super ride and I'm delighted for my owners as they have been patient with us while my yard had been enduring a quiet spell.
