On her work at home, she wasn't a superstar, but she worked okay. She ran like a drain the last couple of times though and I don't know why,. If she repeated her homework we thought we'd be very close given where we were drawn. Thankfully it worked out. She's out of a half-sister to the dam of Sole Power. She's no Sole Power but it's nice to have something from the family still to go. There are only a handful of these three-year-old 0-65s and you'd be looking for something similar. I liked the way she travelled into the race but she gave me palpitations in the last 100 yards where she looked to run out of petrol or pull herself up for whatever reason.

I'm delighted with that performance, he did it really well,. It was his first run of the year, I had hoped to get him out a bit earlier but I just got held up with him. We'll probably go to Listowel now for a handicap chase down there. We'll have a look at that for him and then pick our way through the summer. Hopefully he should go alright from here on in. Back to a mark of 69, I thought that was fair. It was great, a nice opportunity and a nice race to win with him.

He's an improving horse I think. I was hoping the ground was going to be as good as it was as he wouldn't like it if it was firm,. Hopefully he might win another one and then we'll give him a chance and go hurdling. He'll make a nice hurdler. We'll let him get over this race and then make a plan.
