Sarah beats former Bowe neighbour
She was a bit lairy when left in front coming down the back straight but she jumped great and wants three miles.
Warrior much the best in Clonmel's 2nd
His bumper form was pretty good but he then lost his way and had a few problems. We weren't sure if we had him back or not,. The good ground definitely helped and he'll obviously be kept going for the summer and could go for a winners' of one.
Princely wins a 1st since 2014
We'll see what happens now and he might go for a two mile handicap hurdle at Punchestown in thirteen days time. The handicapper has been good with the numbers lately!.
Dixie a maiden no longer after start 21
He is owned by a school mate of mine, Frank Terry, who lives in New York. He couldn't make it today. I've always thought he was a very good horse and thank god he won!. I might go to Cork with him tomorrow if he comes out of the race well. He wouldn't be gone on wicked hard ground.
Clonmel winners dominate again
Things are going well and he loves that ground - it's what he has been crying out for,. He'll tip away for the summer and will stay hurdling while the ground is like that - he'll jump a fence too no problem.
Anna follows her Ma into number 1 spot
More joy for Blackmore and O'Shea
Rachael gave him an absolutely brilliant ride and it's great to have her. She rides out for me every Monday and schools all the horses for me,. I rent a yard from Liam Burke and he is fantastic to me. This horse will have one more run over hurdles and then will run over fences. I'd also like to thank Mikey O'Sullivan and Ger O'Leary who also ride out for me - I failed to mention them the last day (at Tramore)!
Sheehy back at number 1 with Gunner
We fancied him and he did a nice piece of work during the week and we thought he was plenty good enough to win,. He jumps very, very well and if he doesn't go out on grass, he could go for a maiden hurdle. I've eight back in training at present but it has been unbelievably tough. Only for my two boys, Danny and Michael, I'd definitely have given up. Danny was Champion Pony Rider and will get his jockeys' licence in September and plans to go to Ballydoyle for the summer.
