That was very good. He obviously wasn't right the first day, even though he scoped right afterwards,. It was only four or five days later that we found he was wrong. He was a different horse today and jumped much better. When he came over he was very free and it took him a while to settle - to do it the Irish way instead of the French!. He's in the Fred Winter and we'll have a look at that. He'll appreciate a bit better ground.

I was a bit nervous about the ground as he's such a good actioned horse,. He's been in great form but we've been waiting for good ground all the time. You are training away and you have to run in something. I like this horse. He's from a great family. There is a novice handicap at Fairyhouse on Easter Monday for him. I'm thinking that direction.

It's badly wanted. It's a relief to get that after the couple of months we've had,. He had leg trouble and had two years off. He had a couple of good runs back at top class level and hopefully he can move on from here.
