Invincible Ash sets new record
We have her entered in the Curragh on Sunday but there has been a lot of rain since declaration time so we'll have to wait and see if she'll take her chance. She will probably come back here for the Mercury Stakes at the end of the month.
Manx Miss scores for Myerscough
It was nice to get a two year old winner, we were running out of time. Johnny said he really liked her. We've always thought a lot of her at home and we might try and pick up a bit of Black Type before the season ends. We'll see how she comes out of the race before we make plans. She's nice big filly and she's only going to improve from that. She's very well bred, her Dam is a half sister to Storm Cat. Peter O'Shea who owns her is from Australia, he has a stud in Sydney called Manx Park and that's how she got her name.
Lyons wins Star Appeal Stakes
He's a good tough horse and he's the best two year old we have in the yard., . The only time he let us down was on horrible ground the last day and we probably shouldn't have run him.
O'Brien strikes with Virgil Caine
Berry wins aboard Boo Boo Bear
She did it well in the end and it was nice she won. We will probably stick to here for her and see what the handicapper does. The sun hasn't been shining for her all year and she needs fast ground. We're probably in the wrong country.
Dundalk treble for Berry
Berry completes Four Timer
Fair play to Fran it was he who suggested putting cheek pieces on her and they obviously make a huge difference. We gave her a long break off over the Summer with a specific aim of running her here over the winter when it was obvious we weren't going to get a good Summer. Hopefully we can build from this and Mr O'Gorman (Flat Handicapper) won't be too hard on us.
