the ground was over-watered for him so she (Blackmore) kept him out wide - that as the plan from the get-go. She gave him a super ride, he might have missed one or two and we’ve no plan from here but he might go back to the flat, that’s an option. The horses and Rachael are on fire at the moment!

He was very good the last day in Limerick and did it well today. He obviously learned from the last day and the ground was ideal for him and everything went to plan. He had a few runs during the winter and it taught him a bit. He's small and isn't up to carrying big weights but will mix it during the summer.

He had good bumper form and likes that ground. We kept things simple and kept out wide for the better ground today. We'll see what way he is in two weeks time and go for the same again. That's my second winner and I only have a handful of horses. I break a lot of horses but I kept him.

There was a lack of opportunities for this type of horse before Punchestown but he's been a great servant and I'm delighted for his owner Mrs Fox. He has ability on his day and loves passing horses. Ryan gave him a super ride and did exactly what I told him. I've 6 or 8 in training for the summer and it's great that this came along today.
