Wind blows away opposition
.She's a grand little filly. She's by Speightstown and is bred for speed,. We brought her here about eight weeks ago and I though she went well on the polytrack so I said we'd come back. It's been a lucky place for me.
Deer lunges late under Hayes
He had a wind-op which seems to have worked a treat,. In another stride or two he might have won at the Curragh. Hopefully he'll be a fair horse next year. I'd say he's Listed or Group 3 at the moment and hopefully he can go on from here.
Keane now just three behind King
Africa survives enquiry in the Cooley Stakes
You'd think your well drawn in two but when you analysis it you starting thinking will I get a run. Hopefully she hangs on to it, I thought she was the best horse in the race. Johnny said she was pulling up a bit in front. That's her we always arrive late with her. She is out of a group one winner and she is the first horse I've had for the owner.
Pyromaniac lands on-course gamble
King and Queen combine to good effect
It was a very intelligent ride by Connor. We will tip away with her here during the winter and hopefully we can scrape another one with her.
Secretary records his sixth win at Dundalk
He had a bit of a break and I didn't think he was as forward as he was. He is very genuine and he loves it here. Shane gave him a perfect ride. He is a real Dundalk specialist and there is plenty of races for him here over the winter and we will keep him busy.
80/1 double for Keane as Snow scores
It is a poignant winner, before he died Peter Gibbons asked me to trainer her. I'm delighted as her owners (Peter's wife Ann is part owner) as they have been very patient with her. She is a big backward filly. The plan was to run here at the first available opportunity and then put her away.
