I’ve been looking after things for a couple of years. I’ve only six in at the moment and I’ve a job in the morning. She was very impressive. She’s a mare with a pedigree, it goes back to Back In Front — the good horse of Edward O’Grady’s. I’d say someone might own her next time. She must be worth a fair few quid after that. It was a savage performance first time out in a bumper. She’s always been relentless and doesn’t know when she has enough done. She has a hunter cert. The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Introversio, trained by W.P. Mullins, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal

The Raceday Stewards interviewed Mr L. Hackett, rider of Tenacious Spirit, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted he was in breach of the whip guidelines and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied the rider was in breach of R10.3(g)(frequency) and having considered his clean record, they suspended him for three racedays

Mr F. Maguire, rider of Danielle D, trained by Maike Magnussen, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stopped quickly
