An enquiry was held to consider interference approaching the final two furlongs when the winner, LYNDON B (IRE), ridden by Frankie Dettori, interfered with GLENDEVON (USA), unplaced, ridden by Shane Kelly. Dettori was suspended for 2 days for careless riding as he switched his mount lefthanded when insufficiently clear, causing Kelly to have to check. An enquiry was held to consider interference inside the final furlong when WHITEFOUNTAINFAIRY (IRE), unplaced, ridden by Silvestre De Sousa, interfered with LA MAQUINA, unplaced, ridden by Jim Crowley. De Sousa was suspended for 2 days for careless riding for allowing his mount to drift left-handed away from the whip taking LA MAQUINA off its intended line and causing Crowley to have to take a slight check.
