An enquiry was held to consider interference after jumping the final flight of hurdles involving the winner, Jungle Jack (GB), ridden by Brian Hughes and Captain Broomfield (IRE), placed second, ridden by Tom Bellamy.
Bellamy was cautioned for careless riding as he allowed his horse to drift left-handed when insufficiently clear of Jungle Jack (GB), causing the gelding to be shifted slightly off its intended racing line.
