Permission was given for Precision Storm (GB) to wear a hood in the parade ring only.
The performance of Richard R H B (IRE), which finished sixth of seven runners, beaten by 9¾ lengths, was considered.
David Loughnane explained that the gelding had failed to cope with the step up in class to a more competitive race on this occasion, before adding that Richard R H B (IRE) may benefit from a step up in trip.
His explanation was noted.
The Veterinary Officer reported that a post-race examination of the gelding failed to reveal any abnormalities.
Following the race, Sam James reported that Termonator (GB), placed third, hung left-handed throughout; Hollie Doyle reported that Grey D'Ars (FR), which started joint-favourite and finished fourth, ran in snatches and John Mackie reported that Bertog (GB), placed seventh, bled from the nose.
