He got into a bit of trouble early but he’s gutsy and kept at it. Into the straight I just wanted to follow something down to the last. When he hit the front after the last he started to idle. He came on well from his last run in KIlbeggan and hopefully we can find another race soon. He wants the ground as quick as he can get.

The Stewards received a report from Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Starter,Mr J.R. Banahan, that J.P
O'Sullivan, rider of Wolfofallstreets had failed to obey his instructions at the start and caused a false start
Evidence was heard from the starter and rider concerned. Mr J.R. Banahan stated that J.P. O'Sullivan had got his horse into a momentum before being signalled to do so and a false start was called as a result of this. J.P
O'Sullivan stated that he was riding a horse wearing cheek pieces who needed a little encouragement to ensure that he would start. He felt that his mount overreacted to a nudge to keep moving forward as he was getting pushed against the hedge on the wide outside. Having viewed the recording of the incident and considered the evidence, the Stewards accepted the rider's explanation and took no further action.
An extended handicap steeplechase for five years old and upwards rated 0-116
Weights - Top weight in the original handicap and after the time of declaration shall not be less than 12st and the minimum weight shall not be less than 9st 12lbs
Penalties - Winner of a steeplechase after calculation of the handicap shall carry 5lb extra for each steeplechase won.
