Bought for %A3235,000 following his point-to-point win in April 2018, he hasn't raced since but represents top connections who will have him ready for this festival appearance. He may have met a setback since his point-to-point but might also have been a horse who would have been inconvenienced by the dry ground this winter and connections could possibly have opted to mind him with a view to the future. Royal Thief showed nice ability on hurdles debut last February and while he disappointed a little in his bumper at Clonmel subsequently, he does at least have fitness and experience on his side today. Foxy Jacks hasn't run since a very encouraging hurdles run at Leopardstown over Christmas and can figure on his reappearance run while Gold Des Bois was a %A3100,000 purchase following his point-to-point success for Peter Fahey at Kirkistown last February and is another with strong claims. Longhouse Poet won his point-to-point at Boulta in January for Sam Curling and has since joined recent Cheltenham winning connections while another point-to-point winner Axiomatic ran well enough on bumper debut at Navan in March but probably needs to improve to win.%0A
