Not A Bad Oul Day justified 7/4 favouritism in Roscommon for Johnny Feane and Dylan Hogan.
The five-year-old gelding broke well to lead in the extended seven furlong rated race.
He was tracked by An Saighdiur who was ridden by Chris Hayes to try and close in the final quarter of a mile.
Hogan went for the whip a furlong and a half out and his mount kept up the gallop to seal the spoils from Perfect Soldier who kept on for second at 3/1.
There was a length and quarter between them at the finish.
Johnny Feane said: "He was disappointing at Galway where things didn't go to plan. He's one dimensional and had things more his own way today. He stuck it out well."
