Hasna relished a step up in trip to an extended 10-furlongs in Naas as she wore down Fleetingly in the Race & Stay Fillies Maiden.
She was second on debut over a mile in Dundalk and encountered much slower ground here in addition to a new trip.
Fleetingly looked to have got first run as Ryan Moore went for home approaching the final furlong. Hasna was winding up her challenge in second, though, and responded to Chris Hayes' urgings to collar the leader with around 150 yards to travel.
She won going away by two lengths at 3/1 from 2/1 favourite Fleetingly who was a neck in front of Improvista (6/1).
This gave Hayes a double on the card as he also partnered Tai Tam Bay to victory in race two.
Dermot Weld said: “She did it well and got a lovely ride from Chris Hayes. He switched her off nicely and got her into a rhythm and she came home well in the last furlong.
“She was fit and well and her run in Dundalk kind of set her up for today. She’s an adaptable filly as she’s run well on the Polytrack and she handled the ground there today.
“We’ll see how she progresses before making any plans.”
