En Or came from last to first in the extended two-mile Camida Advantage Tipperary Cup Handicap at Clonmel to plunder a double for jockey Ben Coen.

The six-year-old gelding dropped to rear and looked to have plenty of work to do a furlong and a-half from home.

Coen soon got after him and the pair availed of a seam along the inner to make good headway a furlong out.

Forward momentum continued as they picked it up in the final 150 yards and sailed on well to win by a growing two and a-half lengths at 8/1 for Cathy O'Leary. Jabbar took second at 7/2.

O'Leary led up the winner and winning owner John Hartnett reported: "We came in from San Francisco two days ago and live in Silicon Valley.

"I'm originally from Limerick and we have a house in north Tipperary, so to win the Tipperary Cup is brilliant."

He added: "We were excited for the race, it was a great run and Ben played the cards he had planned to.

"The horse ran out of steam at Galway the last day, but I think he lost a few pounds and is doing well now. He came in really well at the end of today's race."

Coen also struck in race three on Bizarre Dreams for Johnny Murtagh.
