Flat Out impresses in bumper
Flat Out was backed as if defeat were out of the question this morning and despite proving a little easier on track in the face of support for Moi Desire, the former still prevailed in the style of an exciting prospect when bolting up in the Paddy Cullagh Memorial (Pro/Am) Flat Race by nine lengths. Thu 17th SepTripolovitch impressive at Kilbeggan
The Shureen Flat Race saw an impressive winner in the Conor O’Dwyer trained Tripolovitch after he came home in front by 15 lengths in the hands of Barry Connell. Fri 21st Aug
After race at Kilbeggan Fri, 21st Aug, 2009 (1st)
The extra trip really suited him these kind of bumpers are hard to come by. He ran a cracker the last day after being off for a year. He deserved to win today. He's only a five year old he's been 3rd three times and has now won. He should make a lovely staying hurdler in time. I'll have to discuss with Barry where we go next either we go for a winner's bumper or go hurdling. Hopefully we'll win a few more with him.
