After race at Kilbeggan Sat, 10th Aug, 2024 (1st)
He had a knock and was off for a while but we have a great mile and a half plough gallop at home, which is inside our point-to-point course, and we can get horses very fit,. We have a great bunch of horses getting ready for Listowel - Grange Walk, Mount Frisco and Lucid Dreams - and he was working with those, so I knew he was ready coming here. I thought he had a serious chance and Danny gave him an absolute peach of a ride.

After race at Killarney Fri, 15th Jul, 2022 (1st)
I thought Ferdia would beat him but Danny gave the winner a super ride. So too did Philip (Donovan, on runner-up Ferdia) and both horses ran blinders. Ferdia is only a six year old and won his maiden hurdle this time last year so is a year behind The Dara Man. The Dara Man had lots of little issues which we appear to have got on top of, and looks a fair horse going forward. He'll run in those novice chases for the summer and will go to Galway. Ferdia is declared for Tipperary on Sunday and could well appear.

He is a class jumper and is still a novice chaser until November so will compete in novices. He is an own brother to Mystery Stowaway, a really good mare who I had which was killed. She was extraordinary and this is a lovely horse over a fence. Schooling at home, he would take lengths out of horses.

After race at Ballinrobe Tue, 20th Jul, 2021 (1st)
He is a smashing horse and did the talking on the track. He will go for a novice hurdle now and I'll probably keep him for Listowel. You can't send them all to Galway!. I have a lot of good horses at the moment, a bundle of real proper ones. I couldn't believe his price this morning, I thought he would be 1/2!
