Reports in which Catch The Moment (IRE) was mentioned
Approach easily lands the odds
Final Approach, far from disgraced behind Voler La Vedette on his seasonal reappearance in the Grade 1 Hattons Grace Hurdle at Fairyhouse last month, relished the drop in class at Cork this afternoon when easily landing odds of 30/100 in the McCarthy Insurance Group 60th Hurdle. Mon 02nd JanQuirky Moment comes good
Catch The Moment, described as “very quirky” by her trainer Denis Cullen, turned the 80-116 rated two miles handicap hurdle into something of a procession when making all under Mick Darcy. Sun 16th OctMoment causes shock in amateur maiden
Wed 27th JulMoment not for Catching
It was three in a row for front-runners as Catch The Moment posted another pillar to post victory in the second division of the maiden hurdle at Wexford. Thu 17th Mar

I thought Mick would get along with him her as he's mad and she's mad! She's very quirky and is one of those horses that you just have to see on the day how she is. We've always thought she was a filly with alot of ability.

After race at Galway Wed, 27th Jul, 2011 (1st)
She won well over hurdles at Wexford but then lost her way a little. I think she needs to arrive at the track a bit revved up, and its my fault that I eased off her a bit. Barry gave her a good ride from the front, and filled her with air before going up the hill. We'll look at Listowel for maybe a hurdle, and she has been schooled over fences. I'd like to get her some black type either over hurdles or fences before she retires to the paddock. Alan Magee
