< Anadolu the 14-1 outsider of six, stunned punters with a shock success in the feature race at Tipperary.
The Tracey Collins-trained filly came through strongly in the final furlong to wear down Moonlit Garden and take the Listed Danehill Dancer Tipperary Stakes.
Moonlit Garden, the 4-5 favourite, looked to be travelling well on the far rail but she was collared at the business end by Pat Shanahan's mount, who scored by half a length.
"We always thought a lot of this filly. We were disappointed the last day but she didn't stay the six," said Collins.
"This was the plan and we'll have to see where she goes now. She has an awful lot of speed.
"The last time she met Dermot's filly she was right behind her at the five but just didn't get home.
"Pat gave her a peach of a ride. She can be difficult in the stalls but he got her out and well balanced."
Fran Berry brought home Bean Uasal (5-1) a smooth winner of the Summer Sunday On 18th July Handicap.
The John Oxx-trained filly led two furlongs out and galloped on strongly to score by a length and a half from Anam Chara
"She ran well at the Curragh in the big fillies' handicap and liked the little ease in the ground today. It was nice, comfortable ground," said Oxx.
"It's a nice trip for her. We were messing around a bit trying to find her trip - the trainer was a bit slow to learn! Seven suits her and she might stretch to a mile."< Initiation (9-2) defied top weight of 9st 13lb in the Knockanglass Stables Handicap under Pat Smullen by a length and a half from market leader Slapper
"The handicapper might have got him now. He's not the most straight forward but the fast pace suited him as he's very strong," said trainer Joe Murphy.
"Pat gave him a great ride. We'll probably head to Galway now for a seven-furlong handicap."
Trainer Tommy Stack was delighted to strike with Celerina (6-4) for owner Peter Piller in the Ballykisteen Maiden while the Aidan O'Brien-trained Master Of Hounds (1-7) justified his restrictive odds with a six-length romp under Johnny
