Lorcan Wyer could be out of action for longer than had been anticipated after his crashing fall at Market Rasen on Saturday.
Wyer was stood down for the mandatory three-week period after racecourse doctor Graham Parry decided he was suffering from delayed concussion after Anabranch crashed out in the Associated British Ports Handicap Chase.
However, the jockey has revealed that he also suffered a broken left collar-bone in the fall.
He told kickon.com: 'I've broken my left collar bone. After the fall, the doctor wasn't happy with my disposition but he didn't realise I had been like that for the past 14 years! I think he over-reacted a bit.
'As for the collar-bone itself, it's OK as far as breaks go. I suspected all wasn't well.'
