Norman Williamson will return to action for the prestigious Victor Chandler Chandler at Ascot tomorrow after a day on the sidelines.
Williamson decided to sit out Folkestone today after a crashing fall at Wetherby on Thursday.
"I was feeling a bit sore this morning and decided to have a rest to make myself fresh for Ascot," he said.
Williamson lay motionless for a short time after being unseated from Macgeorge.
"A lot of people tell me it looked bad and it was a heavy fall. I was lucky to be able to walk away," he said.
Williamson currently has four booked rides tomorrow, including Direct Route in the £50,000 Victor Chandler Chase.
Earlier this week he opted to partner Direct Route ahead of the ante-post favourite Nordance Prince.
"It's going to be a tough race and there are probably four or five with a good chance but I hope Direct Route will be thereabouts."
