Lester Winters, who trains locally at Termonfeckin, Co. Louth sent out a popular winner of the Murphy Sand, Gravel and Decorative Stone Maiden when Vivacious Vivienne (11/2 into 7/2) came home four and a half length in front under Chris Hayes.
Winters said: "She is Galway bound. She'll probably go for a mile or a mile and a half handicap. She is rated 70 and I was naturally afraid of Oxx's (Takasima, rated 83 and finished runner-up) but we were hopeful. She jumped the roadways there but it made no difference. Enchanted Evening, who beat her seven lengths in Navan went on to finish fourth in a Group 3 so the form is working out."
