Vision Of Night is set to move up to Group One company after securing his second victory in Britain since returning from America earlier in the summer.
Trainer John Dunlop is eyeing the Stanley Leisure Sprint Cup at Haydock Park a week today for the colt.
Vision Of Night earned the right to move up in class after making short work of his seven Listed race rivals at Newmarket.
He was sent to the front below the distance by Pat Eddery and despite drifting slightly left came home one and a quarter lengths clear of Littlefeather in the Charles Heidsieck Champagne Hopeful Stakes.
Vision Of Night has returned to Dunlop better than ever after a brief spell racing across the Atlantic.
'Unfortunately there were few races on grass for him America and he didn`t get a mile so the owners decided on a change of plan and brought him back,' said the trainer.
'He was a good little horse last year but he`s grown since then and could be even better. If he comes out ofthis race all right then I would like to go for the Haydock race.'
Sir Michael Stoute took the wraps off the highly-rated Karasta and she proceeded to hammer the opposition in the Blue Peter Maiden Fillies` Stakes.
Karasta is quoted at 14-1 by Ladbrokes with Coral offering 16s for the Sagitta 1000 Guineas.
Stoute has a powerful hand for the first fillies` Classic as he also has Thursday`s York winner Enthused, who is as short as 6-1 with some bookmakers.
'I wasn`t particularly impressed with Karasta when she came off the box from Ireland but I soon changed my mind,' said Stoute. 'She is a filly with a lot of natural ability.'
Karasta may be stepping up to one mile for her next outing with the choice lying between the Meon Valley Stud Fillies` Mile at Ascot and the Prix Marcel Boussac at Longchamp.
Dunlop teed up a double when newcomer Fair Question got up close home to deny Nation in the Girton Maiden Stakes.
Eddery also doubled up, steering Pinheiros Dream home in the Lonsdale Claiming Stakes.
