Tyner doubles up at Cork Way Up In The Air made full use of her good experience to run out the ready winner of the concluding bumper at Cork. Robert Tyner’s five-year-old mare was having her sixth run in a bumper and took today’s contest by a length and a half at 4/1. She hit the front five furlongs out and wasn’t for stopping despite the best efforts of 9/10 favourite Lord Of Tara, who had to settle for second place. She gave Robert Tyner a double after Instant Impacked’s win in the previous race. He said: “She’s a huge mare. She’s 17 2. It was her last chance in a bumper. She’ll run next in a maiden hurdle here on December 9th. There was a nine length gap back to the gambled on Band Leader (16/1 in morning to 6/1 SP) in third for Thomas Foley.
