Kier Park is set to take his chance in Monday's Tripleprint Temple Stakes at Sandown on Monday, for which 20 horses stood their ground at today's confirmation stage.
The three-year-old, winner of the Cornwallis Stakes at Ascot last season, was a neck second to Pipalong in the Victor Chandler Palace House Stakes at Newmarket on his seasonal debut.
Trainer Michael Jarvis said: "He'll run, everything being equal, and Philip Robinson will ride.
"He's fine, he's come out of his last race well and has been training nicely.
"He's won on soft ground but it certainly wasn't soft on Guineas day - it was fast ground - and he seems pretty adaptable." Jarvis will wait to see how Kier Park runs on Monday before planning for the rest of the campaign.
"He's a nice horse but we'll take it one step at a time with him," he added.
Godolphin have two options in the £60,000 Group Two contest with Bertolini and Sampower Star.
Bolshoi, winner of the five-furlong event in 1998, could bid to regain the prize for trainer Alan Berry who also has Rosselli in the race.
Superior Premium, a winner at Goodwood on Tuesday, could make a quick reappearance here.
