Racing`s recent battering from the weather takes a break today when all three of the scheduled meetings in Britain look set to take place.
As well as the all-weather meeting at Lingfield, the jumps fixtures at Taunton and Ludlow both report no problems.
Hopes are also high that racing can take place at Newcastle and Uttoxeter later this week.
Newcastle, where a meeting is scheduled for tomorrow, is raceable although the going is heavy.
Uttoxeter was not raceable yesterday, but McAllister is optimistic that Saturday`s fixture there can take place.
'It was not raceable today but I expect it to be better when I walk the track tomorrow,' said McAllister.
No problems are reported at Saturday`s other meetings.
The going at Haydock is heavy, soft in places after yesterday`s predicted rain failed to arrive.
But it is 'odds against' Sunday`s meeting at Wetherby going ahead as the course is still waterlogged in places.
'Prospects are not good. There is still standing water on parts of the track although things have improved a lot over the past 24 hours,' a track spokesman said.
