TEN LEFT IN MOULIN

Six British-based entries stood their ground at today`s 'probables' stage for the Group One Prix Emirates Prix du Moulin at Longchamp on Sunday.

But the Luca Cumani-trained Arkadian Hero was among four withdrawals this morning form the one-mile race.

Godolphin`s trio Diktat, Fly To The Stars and China Visit are joined by Amanda Perrett`s Indian Lodge, Mick Channon`s Golden Silca and Nigel Tinkler`s Sugarfoot among 10 acceptors.

Four surviving home-trained entries are last year`s winner Sendawar and Andre Fabre`s Dansili, Kingsalsa and Igman.

Channon`s Shuwaib, a Listed winner at Deauville, and Willie Muir`s Mbele are among six acceptors for the Group Three Prix de Lutece on the same card.

Amanda Perrett has snapped up the services of Cash Asmussen for Indian Lodge and Chris Rutter has been booked to ride Sugarfoot.

Tinkler said: 'It looks as though Sugarfoot is going to run. The ground over there is on the soft side of good which will suit him.

'Chris Rutterwill ride him. He has ridden the horse at home and on the track so he knows him well.

'He`s in at Doncaster next week but he has had two races on fast ground so we decided to go to France for the softer going.'
